Our vision is a complete recovery of CO₂ from all CO₂ point sources.
Our vision is for the recovered CO₂ to be utilized decentrally or centrally for the benefit of people, animals or the environment.
Our vision is to use recovered CO₂ to convert it along with green hydrogen into hydrocarbon compounds that are easy to transport and store.
Our vision is that CO₂ recovery takes place in particular where there is a surplus of natural energy and the recovered CO₂ is used to produce carbon compounds.
Our visions could become reality already tomorrow.
Statement:
We believe that it makes sense to capture CO₂ from any point source of CO₂ emissions and recycle the recovered CO₂ in the sense of CCU.
- in terms of sustainability, a distinction between green or black CO₂ is not appropriate
- all CO₂ released from point sources should be reused.
Every CO₂ molecule that is made available for reuse in a carbon compound can avoid the alternative use of fossil carbon compounds.
Direct air capture (DAC) is an option for reducing atmospheric CO₂, and our process has proven to be very efficient in this application. Nevertheless, we are skeptical as to whether a meaningful cost/benefit effect can be achieved in countries that do not have surplus natural energy.
